Biography
Frank Iero, born in 1981, first rose to prominence as the rhythm guitarist for the iconic rock band My Chemical Romance. Hailing from Belleville, New Jersey, Iero's musical journey began at an early age, influenced by punk rock and post-hardcore music. His passion for music led him to form various bands throughout his youth, but it was with My Chemical Romance that he gained international fame. The band's dramatic flair and emotive songwriting resonated with a generation, earning them a dedicated fanbase worldwide. After My Chemical Romance disbanded in 2013, Iero ventured into a solo career that ultimately led to the formation of his current project, Frank Iero and the Future Violents, in 2019.
