Biography
Stevie Nicks, born on May 26, 1948, in Phoenix, Arizona, began her musical journey in the late 1960s, initially as part of the folk-rock duo Fritz with her then-boyfriend, Lindsey Buckingham. They later formed the iconic band Fleetwood Mac in 1975 after being invited to join due to their impressive demo recordings. Their first album as a duo, 'Fleetwood Mac,' catapulted them into the limelight, especially with the success of the hit single 'Landslide.' With her distinct voice and mystical persona, Nicks quickly became a standout member of the band, leading to widespread acclaim and mainstream recognition. She later released her first solo album, 'Belladonna,' in 1981, which achieved multi-platinum status and included chart-topping hits such as 'Edge of Seventeen' and 'Stop Draggin' My Heart Around.'
