Dennis Lee, an innovative musician, was born in 1975 in Seattle, Washington, and began his musical journey at an early age. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, he was influenced by various genres, including rock and blues. He started playing guitar at the age of 12, experimenting with different styles that laid the foundation for his unique sound. By the time he entered high school, he was already performing at local venues, showcasing his talent and gaining a loyal following. In 1990, Dennis co-founded the renowned alternative rock band, Soundscape, which quickly gained traction with their self-titled debut album, featuring hits such as "Fade Away" and "Voices in the Dark."
