Biography
Billy Gould, born on April 24, 1963, is a prominent American musician best known as the bassist for the influential rock band Faith No More. Raised in the Bay Area of California, Billy showed an early interest in music, which was strongly influenced by the vibrant local scene during the late 1970s and early 1980s. His passion led him to form several bands in his teens, including The Animated and Sharp Young Men, where he honed his skills as a bassist and ultimately developed his unique style characterized by a blend of heavy metal, funk, and punk influences. Gould's early work laid the groundwork for his later successes and established him as a key figure in the rock and metal landscape of the time.
