Biography
John Entwistle, born on October 9, 1944, in Wapping, London, was a formidable musician, best known as the bassist for the iconic rock band The Who. He started playing the trumpet at a young age but soon gravitated towards the bass guitar, which allowed him to express his unique musicality. His early career included stints with various local bands, but it wasn't until he formed The Who in 1964 with Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, and Keith Moon that his fame blossomed.
