Biography
Geri Halliwell, born on August 6, 1972, in Watford, England, first came into the limelight as a member of the iconic girl group, the Spice Girls. With an early interest in performing arts and a brief stint as a model, she ultimately found her true calling in music. Halliwell left school to pursue a career in entertainment, which culminated in her auditioning for and joining the Spice Girls in 1994. The group's explosive debut single 'Wannabe' in 1996 catapulted them to international fame, reshaping pop music and girl group dynamics for generations to come.
