Biography

Durwood Black, a passionate musician, was born and raised in the heart of America, where the spirit of country music flows through the veins of its people. From an early age, he was enthralled by the sounds of traditional folk and country music, often found strumming a beat-up guitar his grandfather handed down to him. His early start in music shaped his songwriting and performance style, laying the groundwork for a lifetime dedicated to the art. Growing up in a rural environment, he was influenced by the stories told through the lyrics of the artists he admired, and soon found himself penning his own tunes, albeit in a humble local setting.
