C‐Murder, born on March 9, 1971, is a prominent figure in the Southern hip-hop scene, recognized for his gruff voice and storytelling ability. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, he grew up amidst the vibrant culture of the city, which heavily influenced his musical style. C‐Murder, whose real name is Corey Miller, is the brother of hip-hop legend Master P, and was exposed to music from a young age. His early career took shape in the 1990s as he began recording with his brother's label, No Limit Records, setting the stage for his future endeavors in the rap industry.
