Axl Rose, born William Bruce Rose Jr. on February 6, 1962, in Lafayette, Indiana, is an iconic American musician and the lead vocalist of the rock band Guns N' Roses. In the early 1980s, he moved to Los Angeles, where he formed the band Hollywood Rose with guitarist Izzy Stradlin.
